Thank you very much for your help with the autoharp. My son loves it! We play it in several short sessions a day. He can already identify the C chord button and know that this is the one we use for our first song, “Brother John.” After we played and sang the second song in the book, “Row, Row, Row Your Boat,” he asked if we could do “Michael Row Your Boat Ashore.” We looked it up in one of my guitar books and used the chords marked in that book to play it on the autoharp. This is just what I was looking for to encourage his natural interest in music and instruments. Dad, who doesn’t play any instruments, even wanted a turn at playing it. Thanks again for all your help! We are certainly enjoying our new autoharp.

My autoharp arrived safely on Thursday evening. THANK YOU!!!! It looks great, and those familiar mellow sounds were a welcomed balm to my ears. I had a young teacher friend over and I immediately sang her a classroom song the children love, All God's Critters. I really appreciate your work. And it got here before the first day of school which is Monday the 13th, so I can begin the year singing. Joyce (8/07)

My new harp arrived yesterday evening in perfect shape. It is a little out of tune probably from climate and altitude changes. I'm following your tuning and care suggestions to the letter. The sound is much like my other Oscar Schmidts when they were new and it will gain its voice the more I play it. The work you did on the chord bars is perfect. It is a joy to play without hearing chord button noise, without having to push the buttons down so hard, and without having to push the buttons so far. I find that I can play much faster now. Also the muted strings stay muted on every chord. I've played harp now for 25+ years, my favorite harp until now was an Oscar Schmidt 21 CR made in 1979. It's voice is beautiful but after all of these years the chord bar assembly is worn out and it should have fine tuners installed. I'm tossing the idea around in my head of having you rebuild this instrument to the specs of my new harp. Thank you very much it is a pleasure doing business with you. Sincerely, Joel (6/07)

I got it on Monday and have been enjoying it so much that I forgot to let you know how grateful I am. It arrived in beautifuI condition and everything was so nicely packaged it was lke an early Christmas. (Miranda 5/06)

I have been leery of buying a musical instrument off eBay or from a mail order dealer until I contacted Jeff - The Autoharp Doctor. we corresponded for a couple of months and I had a lot of questions and Jeff answered all questions I had promptly. He gave me good counsel on buying my diatonic harp. His web page says two to three weeks and that what it took for provide the harp we discussed. It sounds great - I love it and so does my wife. Best harp I have in my collection. Jeff, use my name and e-mail address to any one that would like a reference. The new instrument has arrived, earlier than expected, and in good condition, apparently carefully handled by UPS--You packed and protected it well, and the box did not even show the time or distance that it traveled-- The instrument itself is attractive, ane the fine tuners will be a delight--It is also great to have the minors that we have been missing for so long--Thank you for your involvement in adding custom features, and arranging for us to acquire such a fine instrument--and it has been a pleasure to make your acquaintance and learn about you and your family--ken
